We offer a wide range of Pilates classes tailored to different skill levels and goals, including Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Reformer, Mat Pilates and Pilates for Athletes. Each class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.

  • How do I know which class level is right for me?

Our skilled instructors can help guide you to the class that best matches your current fitness level and goals. We recommend starting with our Beginner class if you're new to Pilates, and we can assess your progress to suggest when you might be ready to advance.

  • What should I bring to my first class?

For your first class, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle, and if you prefer your own mat, feel free to bring it along. We provide all other necessary equipment.

  • How early should I arrive before my class starts?

Arriving at least 10-15 minutes early is a good practice, especially if it's your first time. This gives you a chance to get acquainted with the studio, meet your instructor, and settle in without rushing.
